The plot

Based on the 1994 film of the same name, the show tells the story of two Drag Queens and a transgender woman who travel across the Australian desert.

The history

In spite of its low budget and lack of funding, upon its 1994 release, The Adventures of Priscilla Queen of the Desert was a surprise hit, making strides for greater LGBT representation on the big screen and charming audiences worldwide.
